Being located just a few hundred yards from Smithfield market, the UK’s biggest meat market, we are fortunate enough to be able to source the best chicken, beef and pork for our food. We pick up fresh supplies each day and therefore never use anything from frozen. All our meats are then marinated over night in our special blend of sauces for full on flavour.

Every morning we also take a new delivery of fresh locally sourced vegetables. Throughout the day these are combined with authentic Mexican spices to create our super sauces and salsas. This means every mouthful you take of our food has the zing that only proper freshness can bring!
